1. About TechFlos and this policy

TechFlos (“TechFlos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates techflos.com and provides software development, digital product, automation, ecommerce and related technology services. This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through our public website, contact forms and enquiry communications.

For privacy questions or requests about your personal information, contact kumail@techflos.com. This policy does not replace privacy terms that may be agreed separately for a client project or any third-party platform you choose to visit.

2. Information we collect

When you contact us or request a project estimate, you may provide your name, business email address, company, project requirements, service interests, budget range and any other information you choose to include. You may also share information during a meeting or subsequent email conversation.

When you browse the website, standard technical information may be processed to deliver and secure the service, such as IP address, browser type, device information, page requests and approximate location inferred from network information. Optional analytics or advertising data is collected only when those tools are enabled and your applicable choices permit their use.

Please do not include passwords, payment card numbers, sensitive health information or other unnecessary confidential personal data in an initial website enquiry.

3. How we use information

We use enquiry information to respond to messages, understand business needs, arrange consultations, prepare proposals, communicate about potential engagements and maintain appropriate business correspondence.

We also use necessary technical data to operate, maintain, protect and troubleshoot the website, prevent abuse and comply with applicable legal obligations. With the permissions required by law, optional analytics help us understand website usage and optional advertising technologies help us measure campaigns.

Submitting a project enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to promotional emails. Where a separate marketing subscription is offered, you may decline it or unsubscribe using the instructions provided.

4. Grounds for processing

Where applicable privacy law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to respond to your requests, take steps at your direction before entering an agreement, fulfill legitimate business and website-security interests, comply with legal obligations, or on the basis of consent for optional tracking and marketing where required.

You may withdraw consent for optional cookies through Cookie Settings. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before your choice was changed.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential browser storage to remember cookie preferences and support necessary website functionality. Analytics and advertising technologies are optional and should operate only in accordance with your choices and applicable law.

Our Cookies & Tracking Policy explains the categories, their purposes and how to adjust your preferences at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the website footer.

6. Sharing and service providers

We may share relevant information with authorized team members and service providers who help us host and secure the website, manage business email, deliver enquiries, schedule meetings, maintain operational systems or provide analytics and advertising services where permitted. Access is limited to what is reasonably necessary for those purposes.

We do not sell information submitted through our contact and project enquiry forms. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a legitimate business transfer subject to applicable safeguards.

7. International data handling

Because TechFlos works with businesses internationally, personal information may be accessed or processed in different countries by TechFlos or its authorized service providers. Where the law requires specific protections for international transfers, those safeguards apply.

Third-party services operate under their own privacy terms. You can contact us for further information about processing relevant to your enquiry.

8. Information retention and security

We keep business enquiries for as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate a proposed engagement, manage follow-up or meet legal requirements. As a general practice, enquiries that do not become client engagements are reviewed for deletion approximately 12 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is justified by legal or business requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information involved. No online transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.

To make a privacy request, email kumail@techflos.com. We may request reasonable identity verification before fulfilling a request and will respond in accordance with applicable law. You may also manage optional browser tracking through Cookie Settings.

10. Third-party websites and children

Our website may link to external client websites, app stores, calendars and other services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies; we encourage you to review them before providing information.

Our services and website are intended for business audiences and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children through our public enquiry forms.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy when our website, data practices or legal obligations change. The date displayed on this page identifies the latest published wording. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.

Questions, requests or concerns can be sent to kumail@techflos.com.
